We recently talked with John Fava, Clinic Manager of Platinum Physical Therapy located at 141 Parker Street, in Maynard MA.  Like many small business managers in our region, John is a local. He graduated from Northeastern University in 1997 and has been in the physical therapy business for over 25 years.
