The Truro, MA beachfront property boasted 29 units on Truro bay; 17 small cottages, two multi-unit buildings, and 5 free standing homes that were in need of substantial renovations including 2 ground up new construction, which were completed prior to offering the units for sale.

The Shoreline Condominiums were permitted for condo conversion by Lexvest, later renovated by the owner in the market downturn. As the market recovered, the owner sought a bulk sale of the project and Lexvest acquired it in a structure sale that provided the seller with some additional upside tied to Lexvest’s profitability. The 13 unit project was successfully sold out in 18 months.
