26 Units Condominium Development. New England’s first senior cohousing project built for Middlesex Senior Cohousing, the project boasts 26 residential condominiums in 4 distinct structures and well as a common house dedicated to resident activities. The project features a combination of affordable, workforce and market rate housing.

Ten idyllic lakefront cottages located directly on the shores of Lake Willoughby, in Vermont’s scenic Northeast Kingdom. This property sits on 4.3 acres of land and is embellished with 330 feet of magnificent lakefront.

Formerly the trolley house for downtown Maynard, a full renovation was completed in 2008. The building now offers high-tech tenants a Cambridge feel with the convenience of the suburbs. It boasts spacious lobbies, brick and beam construction, a multitude of local amenities and unique high-end character and image.  Suites are available for sale and for lease.

The Battle Green Motel, located directly in the historical town center of Lexington, was acquired, rezoned for a mixed use condominium development, and redeveloped into 30 luxury residential condominiums, 5 retail condominiums and an underground parking garage.

Sutton Place was acquired and converted to Condominiums. The Truro, MA beachfront property boasted 29 units on Truro bay; 17 small cottages, two multi-unit buildings, and 5 free standing homes that were in need of substantial renovations including 2 ground up new construction, which were completed prior to offering the units for sale.

The Shoreline Condominiums were permitted for condo conversion by Lexvest, later renovated by the owner in the market downturn. As the market recovered, the owner sought a bulk sale of the project and Lexvest acquired it in a structure sale that provided the seller with some additional upside tied to Lexvest’s profitability. The 13 unit project was successfully sold out in 18 months.

Lexvest acquired this 4 unit summer rental multifamily project, renovated and staged the units and sold the units within 12 months.

A 5,000 square foot mixed use development located in the heart of Provincetown. The property features 2 commercial/retail condominium and 4 residential condominiums that have undergone a complete renovation.
