Matthew is responsible for deal sourcing, permitting, transactional structuring, finance, and legal matters. He has developed over 1,000 units of multi-family housing and 5,000,000 square feet of commercial and industrial buildings. He also leads the company’s ground-up developments. Matthew is a third-generation real estate professional on both sides of his family, and a graduate of Xavier University.
