The Executive Team

ERIC D. SHAPIRO

President and CEO

Eric is responsible for and involved with every aspect of a project from initial deal sourcing, project finance, to operational oversight. Shapiro earned his undergraduate degree from Boston University and his MBA from Babson College. Shapiro has served in various civic and corporate roles and currently serves on the Workers Credit Union Board of Directors and recently completed serving on the North Central MA Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Shapiro lives in Lexington, Massachusetts with his wife, and has two grown children.

MATTHEW G. BLACKHAM

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Matt is responsible for investment underwriting, analysis, and deal structuring and oversees the marketing and finance operations. Matthew has developed over 1,000 units of multi-family housing and 5,000,000 square feet of commercial and industrial buildings. Matthew Blackham is a Winchester, Massachusetts native and third generation real estate professional, on both sides of his family. Matthew is a 2004 graduate of Xavier University and lives in Concord, MA with his wife and two daughters.

DIRECTOR OF HOSPITALITY

Susan is responsible for hotel operations and seasonal rentals held in the Lexvest portfolio. Susan has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience.

ROBERT MCDERMOTT

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Bob is responsible for construction estimates, contract management, and construction management. Bob has over 30 years of commercial and residential construction management experience.

CHIP DETWILLER

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND DIRECTOR OF LEASING

In this role, Chip works with new and existing commercial tenants to help meet all their real estate needs. Chip has over 40 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience and is an active SIOR member.

ANDREA WILLETTE

DIRECTOR OF TENANT SERVICES AND MARKETING

Andrea oversees our relationships with new and existing tenants to help meet their daily needs in our properties. She is also responsible for the oversight and coordination of the company’s marketing and promotional activities.

TERRY ATWOOD

FACILITIES MANAGER

Terry oversees property management and facility management of completed assets held in the Lexvest portfolio. Terry has over 30 years of facilities management experience. Terry serves as a volunteer fire fighter for the Shirley Fire Department.

GERRY WHEELER

FACILITIES

Gerry manages various commercial buildings at the facilities level. Gerry served and retired as a Captain for the Shirley Fire Department.

SHERRY DATTILIO

CONTROLLER

Sherry oversees project accounting and reporting with a particular emphasis on purchase orders and cost tracking to help the management team ensure on time and on budget results. Sherry has over 30 years of experience.
