Tenant Spotlight: PACKT Collar Co.

We recently had a chance to talk to Kevin Richardson at PACKT Collar Co., located at Phoenix Park in Shirley, MA. We asked Kevin what he loves about Phoenix Park, he shares, “Andrea and the entire Lexvest staff are great! It is a well-run facility, and the location is perfect!” (Perfect indeed since Kevin lives in Lunenburg!)

Kevin and his wife Nicole started PACKT in 2017 as a passion project to support their own water loving dogs while also supporting animal rescue organizations. PACKT produces waterproof leashes, harnesses and collars and has donated over $38,000 to rescue organizations across the US. In 2021 they realized there was a place in the market for what they were making, and they needed a commercial space to grow in – which brought them to Phoenix Park.

In Kevin’s day job, he is a Director of Finance working with renowned products and brands like PUR, Braun, Vicks, & Honeywell, which he has found has helped him start and run his own small business. The drive for organization and entrepreneurship is moving him to also start a new financial practice, DigniFI Solutions. This new business aims to offer fractional CFO services to smaller businesses focusing on cash-flow planning, bridging strategic goals to financial metrics and targets, and implementing finance best practices for a fraction of the cost.
